    Exclamation XML or RMS

    XML or RMS
    I'm developing an app for moible.I have a database contain 5 or more tables.
    I want to insert,update,delete data by user or connect to the internet.
    Which is the best for me RMS/XML?
    What are benefit and restriction about using xml/RMS?

    An XML is not a good choice if you want to use it as a database. It can be a good choice if you need to exchange information between systems. Also, you would need to put the XML files in some public directory on the phone (visible to all apps), and you'd also get prompts for permission to access the file(s).

    How much data are you going to store in the tables (some phones restrict the amount of data you can store using RMS).

    The maximum size you can store in RecordStore varies between devices, but you can find out by using the RecordStore.getSizeAvailable() method.

    At times devices put max RMS size restriction on each recordstore, in that case your can program your app to create a new recordstore dynamically everytime it get recordstore full exception.
