    Code:
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed( EPORegistration_MainViewHelpMenuItemCommand, ETrue );
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed(EPORegistration_MainViewAbout_UsMenuItemCommand,ETrue );
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed( EPORegistration_MainViewExitMenuItemCommand, ETrue );
    You want to show these menu items or hide them? (you are making them dimmed though)

    SetItemDimmed hides the items. Try commenting these lines.

    Do you actually pass your MENU_BAR resource to CAknForm::ConstructL?

    Thanks Wizard.. i have created custom menu in form view like this..
    if(aResourceId == R_AVKON_FORM_MENUPANE)
    {
    CPBLogger::WriteLog(_L("in if loop"));
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed( EAknFormCmdLabel, ETrue );
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed( EAknFormCmdDelete, ETrue );
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed(EAknFormCmdEdit,ETrue);
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed(EAknFormCmdAdd,ETrue);
    aMenuPane->SetItemDimmed(EAknFormCmdSave,ETrue);
    aMenuPane->AddMenuItemsL( R_POREGISTRATION_MAIN_MENU_PANE1_MENU_PANE );
    }
    but now when i press any of the option (i.e. Options->Help) from this menu it doesnt effect anywhere.. like it is not coming in HandleCommandL so wheres exactly the control is going..

    Plz help me.. m really stuck here..
    Thanks

    The form class has its own handler, ProcessCommandL as I remember.
