    calendar API, access to a non-default calendar

    Hi,
    is it possible to access to all calendars on the phone?
    I am using the API 2.0.

    But with this code:
    HTML Code:
        so = nokia.device.load("calendar");

        var matchpattern = {type:"Meeting"};

        var transactionId = so.getList(result, matchpattern, errorCB);
    I get only the result for the default calendar.

    Thanks, Tiger54
    I discovered Qt in the summer 2010, it was sooo easy and nice to use, that I begun to write some apps.
    Thank you Nokia, for giving me this possibility!

    What do you mean by all calenders on the phone ? There is only one default calendar app in the device.

    Re: calendar API, access to a non-default calendar

    Oh...

    If I add a meeting on my calendar (the one in the phone), I can select an Agenda where to save this entry. So, I have 3 different calendars on my phone.

    But the widget, get only the entries from first agenda (calendar). Not from the other 2. I can insert some screenshot if you want.

    I have another question. If I get the list of the default calendar, I don't get start and end time. They are both undefined. The only valid time is "instanceStartTime", but it is formatted in my local time, so I can not parse it. Is there a method to get the date/time or to parse it? I get "giovedì, 04 agosto, 2011 09:00:00" and Date.parse is unable to read this.

    Re: calendar API, access to a non-default calendar

    I can survive with only 1 calendar

    But the date format is definitively wrong! Of course I can parse the begin and end time, but each country has another format! Date.parse can parse the time if it is in the english language (it works on the simulator).

    But on the phone, if italian language is set, I got: "giovedì, 04 agosto, 2011 09:00:00" and this is impossible for Date.parse to parse. I get invalid date. Is it a bug or is there a solution to parse this date in every language/country on the world?

    Hi,

    Platform services 2.0 Calendar API does only work with the default calendar. If you want to deal with multiple calendars you should use PS 1.0

    Example:

    Date format is a known issue. It has been discussed previously here
