    Hi all,

    I spoke to the Payment team on the status of the invoice delivery. It seems there had been a processing error in the system; this has been resolved on our end however and the invoices are being sent out as we speak. They should arrive at your email provided in Ovi Publish by the end of this week at the latest.

    If you have not received this document by early next week, please email the Publisher Support team once more. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.

    You should received your invoice within this week. Please let us know if you do not see this by next week and I will follow up with the payment team.

    Hello Andrew,
    We haven't received September invoice also (and its now been over the week you mentioned, in-fact its Oct' now)

    This is curious. Could you email our support email developer.support@nokia.com and tag [Discussion Board] at the beginning of the subject line? I will pull your email from our inbox and escalate this to the payment team accordingly.

    Hi! I don't received any payment too but my revenue has reached 100 euros. All details in "Bank information" are filled.     Hi marchinch,

    I apologize for the delay in our response regarding the email you sent to developer.support@nokia.com. I have located your email and requested the assigned support specialist to prioritize your case.

    Do be advised that even though your estimated revenue may show that you have exceeded the 100 Euro threshold, a portion of this likely comes from operator billing and may take several months to clear. Nokia issues the payment only when the payment amount is received from the Operators and the total actual revenue (including credit card payments) exceeds 100 Euros.

    Regardless, I ask for your patience for us to determine your actual revenue so we can identify if this is a payment delay on our end.
