    Hi Cycnus,

It is entirely likely that some of the devices include testing from the QA team during your content processing. You should see less of these device reports overtime. Statistics for your content is based on IP address when accessing through the mobile website and will show up as "unresolved" in the report if the IP address is undetermined.

    I hope this clarifies.

    Hi Andrew,

    So,
if the IP address is not in the known table of country... the phone would show as unresolved???
i thought IP and phone model were 2 seperate things???

and thank you for the answer,
i thought OVI store were messing up, or someone with N95/6700 slide were cracked their web browser ID and able to download the apps.

    Hi cycnus,

I received further feedback from the operations team. The reporting tool uses the device user agent to resolve the device. "Unresolved" devices indicates that the system is unable to recognize the device from the user agent and is commonly due to browser issues. For countries, the tool uses the IP to detect where the transaction has originated from.

    I hope this clarifies.

    Andrew
