    Question What about theming for Meego and WP?

    Is there any tool from nokia to develop themes for these new platforms?

    At least WP does not have any Nokia tools for themes.

    Nokia doesn't have any tools of any kind for Windows Phone; they all come from Microsoft: http://create.msdn.com

    Not much for MeeGo, either, besides the actual Qt development tools: https://www.developer.nokia.com/Develop/Qt/Tools/

    MeeGo is not in Nokia's plans for the future, except as a "research project" (last fall it was still to be the high-end smartphone platform for the company, but it all changed in February).

    Nokia is not working on any kind of development tool for the Windows Phone Platform, moreover it developing apps for them, all the developer tools, documentation and resource will only be available from Microsoft.

    @Themeing
    Windows Phone OS, doesn't allow themes, as it works on Metro Design aesthetics, which works on solid primary colors for the os chromes. rather it relies heavily on Typography.
