Question Getting started with mif files

I have mif file which has an image(.svg)
I want to display it at the top of all the windows.
Basically i am trying to create a top bar with this icon on it.
From where i should get started
I found that Ticker example but its made with ui design so gives error.
Any help related to svg icon will be appreciated.

if you want to display something on the screen you do need to have an UI. basically you could check other examples from the wiki that are using RWindow, and then just loading the image and drawing it to the screen.

How would you draw anything on non-UI application ? if there is no UI there is nothing you could draw to, thus please read the #2, and consider what was suggested.
