Application cannot be opened through search.

I can find my application in search. But the icon is not displaying correctly and when I click the name, it shows "Sorry, that won't open" message. Can I know why it is like this and how can I fix it? Thanks a lot.

    Hi,
Please check that your debian package installs the Desktop file and the Icon in the right directories; respectively [1] and [2].

If your you have installed the debian package on the device and it's connected over USB in SDK mode,
then you can check the content installed by your package with the following steps:

    1. ssh developer@192.168.1.2
    2. dpkg -L myPackageName

    [1] /usr/share/applications/
    [2] /usr/share/icons/hicolor/80x80/apps/
