Yes, there is. Harmattan makes use of APT package system [1]. If you build your application for harmattan using the QtSDK, you are able to see a directory called qtc_packaging/debian_harmattan in the application source directory.
That dir contains files needed by APT tools to create a debian package. During the package creation, APT tools
    1. run "ldd" command to check what dynamic libraries are linked against to your executable/s.
    2. get the list of debian packages which contain those libs
    3. make your package dependent on packages containing the libs.

BTW In your case it's not really important, since Qt libs are installed by default on Harmattan

    Re: Libraries installer for meego

I made an application that run well on symbian devices, when I try to deploy it to the meego 1.2 (N9) device , the application output is the following:

    Killing remote process(es)...
    Starting remote process ...
    Remote process started.
    Using the meego graphics system
    Found SGX/MBX driver, enabling FullClearOnEveryFrame
    Found v1.4 driver, enabling brokenTexSubImage

And the application seems to run, without being visible, I can also end the application from Qt Creator, and the application is installed on the device but I don't know where, how can I solve this?

    Hi Hassan,
if you cannot see anything or if the application is a black window:
    1. If it's QWidget-based you forgot to use .show() method for the main widget
    2. If it's a QML/Component-based app, then there are some errors somewhere or you forgot to set the size for the root element.

    Hi gnuton,
    Thanks again..
That helps, it was the second case, I thought that the app will automatically fit the screen.
