    Pushregistry detect event

    Hi,

    If you register the midlet for 2 events Push1 if an AID A is selected in secure element and Push2 if an AID B is selected in secure element.

    When the midlet is triggered by an event on the se, how I can identify which AID was slected in the SE? Does an API exist for that?

    thanks,

    david

    Will you elaborate more? which pushRegistry you are using static or dynamic?

    Re: Pushregistry detect event

    Is there a difference following if the the trigger is static or dynamic? But consider static

    MIDlet-Push-1: secure-element:?aid=a0000000185000000000000052414441,MainMidlet,*
    MIDlet-Push-2: secure-element:?aid=a0000000185000000000000052414442,MainMidlet,*

    How can I detect if the midlet was triggered due to a select of first aid on secure element or the second one?

    Thanks,

    david

    PS: sorry if the question is unclear...

    Do not know the details about using secure-element with PushRegistry, but could you try having two different MIDlets inside the MIDlet suite? One for each use case...

    Hartti,

    thanks but when the midlet is triggered by TCP open connexion on 2 differents ports, have you mechanisms for that? or it is mandatory to have 2 midlets.

    Re: Pushregistry detect event

    Just additional information concerning my issue.

    The context is NFC phone with SIM as secure element. I have a midlet registered on the slection of 2 AID of applications loaded on SE. When the external reader selects an AID on SE, the midler is wake up. My question is how I can know wich AID was slected. Is there HCI api available to the midlet or some mechanism in JSR-177 or seek for androids phones.

    Thanks for your help

    Re: Pushregistry detect event

    Code:
    protected void startApp() throws MIDletStateChangeException
    {
    	…
    	boolean available = true;
    	String[] connections = PushRegistry.listConnections(available);
    Did that help?
