Have you received an response from Nokia Publish Support lately?

    Dear Publishers,

There have been several reports from publishers indicating that they had not received a response from developer.support@nokia.com email within two business days. This may be due to an internal issue with our outbound communication and we are investigating the root cause of this issue.

If you have not heard back from us within two business days, please provide us your support ticket reference number in this thread so we can resend our responses via an alternate email address.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.

    Best regards,
    Andrew

What's a "support ticket reference number"? When I send an email to developer.support@nokia.com I get nothing back.

When you send Nokia Publish via personal email or through "Contact Us" in our support website, you should receive an automated email response with following subject line: "[Nokia Publish Support #XXXXX] <Subject Line>". The ticket reference number is the 5 digit number found in the subject line. Please provide us with that number in this thread if you have not received a response from us within 48 hours.

    Hi Andrew,

I've tried but I get this message:
"The following errors occurred with your submission
Andrew Nokia has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

    I expect your notice

    Hi all,

We are still investigating this issue with our support mailbox being rejected by several publishers' email servers. I apologize for this inconvenience.

That said, we are still hovering around in the discussion boards helping where we can. If you have not heard from developer.support@nokia.com, please provide me with your email address used to contact us and the ticket reference number (if available).

Sorry about this. I have just responded to ticket #75786. Can you please verify if you have received this?

We have re-configured our mailbox and hopefully this has been fixed.

I look forward to your response.
