    XMLHttpRequest DELETE support

    Hello, i am trying to send a DELETE command using a XMLHttpRequest but i get the following error: "Error: Unsupported HTTP method type"

    This is the code (it throws the error when the "open" function gets executed):
    Code:
        var doc = new XMLHttpRequest();
        doc.open("DELETE", url);
    I was wondering if the command is included in the supported HTML Subset of the Qt Quick.

    Re: XMLHttpRequest DELETE support

    hello favoritas37,

    i may be bit late on this, but somewhere i have read that in Qt Docs that this method was not ported to Qt Quick and nothing was mentioned about the future possibilities. So for me where i needed to make delete http request compulsory i was using QNetworkAccessManager class from the c++.

    No you are definitely not late.

    Thank you very much for your answer. As it seems, that is what i am going to do as well.
