    2 emulator instances simultaneously

    Hi to all!

My problem is that I want to simulate the sms communication between two emulator instances but I'm able to run only one instance.

I use Nokia SDK 1.0 (S40) through NetBeans (7.0.1). I have also tried with Nokia Connectivity Framework, dragged two instance icons inside the current's environment space and tried to load the two emulator instances via NetBeans. Only the one of these icons is labeled as running; for the other one a "Failed to start Nokia SDK 1.0 for Java" message is displayed on the log console of NCF.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Re: 2 emulator instances simultaneously

    Hi,

In order to launch a second emulator window, when the first one is launched, right click on the emulator icon in window's task bar and select the option "Nokia SDK 1.0 for Java". That should start a new emulator without closing the first one.
