Develop Apps for N9 using Nokia AppWizard

    Hello everyone.

Thanks for all the great work you guys have done for this wonderful phone Nokia N9.

I am new to development with Qt. I have been playing with it for few days.

I just found Nokia AppWizard today.

The banner shows a Nokia N9 picture.
    The page content says:
"All Nokia platforms. Apps created with the Nokia app wizard will work on S40, Symbian and MeeGo devices."

I created a simple app for testing. It is very cool and it created an app.

I tried to install in for testing on my N9, but I get:
"Sorry your device is currently not supported"

Is it possible to use Nokia AppWizard to develop applications for Nokia N9?
Does anyone know what is happening?

    Aby Thomas

ps: I apologize for posting this question both here and Maemo/Meego section. It was recommended at Maemo/Meego to submit the question here for better response.

Re: Develop Apps for N9 using Nokia AppWizard

    Hi Aby,

App Wizard is supported for N9 devices and will be made available to N9 users when published on the store. However, there is a current issue with installing the application directly from the App Wizard tool for N9 devices. For testing purposes, you will need to install the application on a Symbian device.

    Hope this clarifies.
