    Question Multiple language Info in the .pkg file

    Hello,

    Our Qt app for Symbian supports 5 languages. By default
    Code:
    ; Language
    &EN
    gets displayed in the .pkg file. How do I mention the other languages in it? Tried with this
    Code:
    languages = "; Language"\
                    "&EN,IT, DE"
    my_deployment.pkg_prerules = languages
    DEPLOYMENT += my_deployment
    but with this the smart installer doesn't get created! What am I doing wrong here?

    AFAIK you just have to bundle *.qm/*.ts file in your project and then depending on your current Locale load respective *.qm/*.ts file.

    Re: Multiple language Info in the .pkg file

    Hey thanks for the quick response! But that's not my trouble! .qm, .ts files all are set fine, I do get a localized app up n running. My problem is in displaying these supported languages in the package file (.pkg file)! (which will be verified by the Nokia Team during upload!)

    Sorry for misunderstanding your question.

    Your problem is looks similar to this bug, App loses package dependencies if it define any values for .pkg_prerules.
