Using a shared ToolBar with PageStackWindow rather than PageStack+Window

Is there a template on how one might set up an application wide ToolBar using the PageStackWindow rather than the PageStack+Window usage found in the examples? I understand that PageStackWindow is now the preferred way to setting up the application.

This is for Symbian Belle development.

Even the latest Programming with Qt Quick for Symbian and MeeGo Harmattan Devices, which was updated on 30 Jan 2012, uses the PageStack+Window method.

I guess the real question would be, that since the PageStack is created by PageStackWindow automagically upon the initalPage call, and while one can set the showToolBar property to be true, just how does one then assign a ToolBar to its internal PageStack?
