    (Updated 29th Dec, 2011) Online Report Issues

    Dear Publishers,

    Update Dec 29th, 2011
    We have recovered most of the data since December 24 and the reports should be functioning as per normal. We suspect data on certain days have not been fully restored as yet and we are still working diligently to repopulate the statistics of the affected days. We will update this post once this process is complete.

    Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the patience shown in this matter.


    Update Dec 28th, 2011

    Nokia Development Teams have discovered a hardware issue with one of the servers and since been fixed. We are processing report data and will take up to one week to completely process all the new data. We again apologize for this and will keep you posted on the latest developments.

    Update Dec 27th, 2011

    A new issue has been reported with the Online Reports resulting in incomplete data from December 24th onwards. Please be assured that any data not currently updated are still being recorded, and there should be no impact to your revenues for this month. We hope to have any download/purchase discrepancies resolved as soon as possible.

    Issue: (New) Online Reports are missing data for both Paid and Free contents from December 24th onwards

    Status: We have escalated this to the Nokia Development Team and are investigating the cause of this issue.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Please be assured that system reliability is a top priority at Nokia Publish, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better.


    Update Dec 21st, 2011

    All issues with the online reports are now resolved and the missing data is fully restored and up-to date. If you see any discrepancies with your online reports, please contact Nokia Publish Support at developer.support@nokia.com. We thank you for your patience during this period and apologize for any inconvenience caused.


    Update Dec 20th, 2011

    We have resolved all issues found with the Online Reports and are currently re-populating all data to the reports. This process is in the final stages and we anticipate all reports will be up-to-date by the end of this week.

    Issue #1: Reports for paid content is having issues capturing purchase statistics from 29th November onwards.

    Status: Resolved. We have identified the source behind the issues found with the reporting tool. The Nokia Development team has applied the fixes and we are currently in the process of re-populating the data from 29th November onwards.

    We will continue to update this post as new information is available. Please check back on this post regularly.


    Update Dec 14th, 2011

    We have identified the source causing the latest issues found with the reporting tool.

    Issue #1: Reports for paid content is having issues capturing purchase statistics from 29th November onwards.

    Status: We have investigated and identified the source behind the issues found with the reporting tool. The Nokia Development team has applied the fixes and we are currently in the process of re-populating the data from 29th November onwards. This process should be completed early next week.

    Update Dec 2nd, 2011

    (New) Issue #1: Reports for paid content is having issues capturing purchase statistics from 29th November onwards.

    Status: The Nokia Development team is currently working on resolving this issue.


    Update Nov 30th, 2011

    Issue #1: Inflated estimated revenue for certain countries despite low purchase count.

    Update: We have discovered that the inflated figures pertain for the previous months as well as November. Publishers may have encountered certain transactions displaying higher-than average numbers during this affected period.

    Status: Resolved. Reports have been repopulated and all revenues are now accurate. Publishers may experience a reduction of their overall estimated revenue.

    Issue #2: Download reports for free and paid content are not properly generating since 24th November, 2011

    Status: Resolved.


    Update 29th Nov, 2011

    We discovered several issues with the Nokia Store Reports occurring in the month of November. The Nokia Development team is diligently working on these and is taking steps to resolve these issues.

    Issue #1: Inflated estimated revenue for certain countries despite low purchase count.
    Status: Unresolved. The Nokia Development team is aware of this and is currently investigating the root cause of this issue.

    Issue #2: Download reports for free and paid content are not properly generating since 24th November, 2011
    Status: Unresolved. The Nokia Development team is aware of this and is currently investigating the root cause of this issue.

    Please note that no data is lost due to these issues, and we’re working hard to make the November data fully available in your online reports. Once the reporting error is fixed, we will provide an official announcement. We apologize for the inconveniences caused by this matter.
