    Publish Support Survey

    It's a while now since Publish Support Survey stopped working. Every time I receive the link it doesn't work. When I click on it (https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/publisher_support) I'm redirected immediately to page saying "Thank you for taking the survey. Now you can create your own surveys for FREE....". What should I do about it? Thank you

    That is the response you will get if you previously took the survey. You can't take it more than one time. Either you took it or it is closed.

    Hmm, before after each reply from developer.support@nokia.com I was getting email with proposal to complete survey and I was doing it all the time. And I'm still getting those emails, but survey is not working. There should be one of two options:
    - if I receive email for survey, it has to work
    - if it doesn't work email shouldn't be send

    hope it will be fixed some way Thank you

    Try clearing your cache and complete the survey once more. It should work this time.

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for answer. It's finally started work at least in Firefox, Chrome even after reboot, clearing cache doesn't work Any way, now I can finish survey. Thank you
