Question [E7-00] Permanent grant to WRT app access Messaging service

I finished offline app for automated paying parking in my city, but now every time I start application I need to confirm permission ot app access Messaging (localized Symbian Anna asks: Dozvoliti da „Aplikacija“ pristupi sledećem? — Porukama).

I'm using this code snipped for sms messaging: http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...essages_in_WRT

Becouse WGZ can't be signed, is it possible to permanent allow Messaging access to my app?

    TIA!

AFAIK it is not possible with WRT, thus if you really need that feature, you should use other technologies (such as Symbian C++) for teh development of the application.

Thanks for fast answer. Unfortunely, I'm just web developer and WRT is my top for Symbian development (right now).

Well, I must satisfy myself with always tap on YES answer after starting app

    Hi,

If you make it a home screen widget then you will be asked only once, when adding the widget to HS.

    That is pretty workaround. Thanks!

It's OK for frequently used apps. For time-to-time cause (one to two times per day) it's wasting widget space

How about a HTML5 Qt app?

No need to learn C++, just Javascript. Or go for Qt Quick it's even easier!
