Porting iOS Objective-C / C / OpenGL ES game to Windows phone

I would like to port our 2D iOS game to the Windows phone.

The game in it's current state contains a lot of of Objective C code for the game logic, UI etc, but no native Cocoa UI stuff. All the rendering is done in C with OpenGL ES. Also all the UI elements of the game are done with OpenGL ES.

Are there any porting instructions somewhere how to get started on this quickly for Windows Phone?

I would suggest trying your favourite search engine and using porting iPhone to WP7 as search string, it appears to give nice results with google.
