    [To display image i am converting image into bitmap than i am display it.]

    Perhaps, if you post the relevant code excerpt, someone might be able to say what you're doing wrong.

    (When you post your code, use the CODE tags to keep it legible.)

    Re: Can't access the image

    As i know it could be solved if there is any method for decode file which has option to decode the file in aFileMode=EFileShareAny .
    Do we have such method?

    TInt err=aFile.Open(CCoeEnv::Static()->FsSession(), fileName, EFileRead|EFileShareAny);

    this is where i am getting err=-14

    Duplicating a bitmap handle may also be used:

    Re: Can't access the image

    Basically the -14 simply means that the file is open and can not be accessed. Thus you would need to figure out whether you are accidentally opening it somewhere and not closing it (which you could fix by fixing your own code), or whether it is opened by other application, in which case you could try shutting down the other application, or maybe asking it to release the file.
