My bank info and address were changed a month ago. I updated everything in my OVI Publisher account. I have already sent my signed agreement with my new bank info and address to Nokia (they have received it, according to a tracking number). Several employees have confirmed via email that the bank data have been updated in their financial system.
However, I received an invoice mentioning an old address. And today I have received a remittance advice mentioning my old bank account.
What's the matter? Can this be fixed?
