    ZxingBarcodeReader - Certified Signed

    Hi all,
I am planning to go for Certified Signed.I am using ZxingBarCodeReader in my application. which contains another sis(CameraWrapper.sisx)
1)I have to Sign camerawrapper.sisx separately with certificate which I'll get from publisher ID ?
2)I checked ZxingBarCodeReader with Command line Signsis and i got this result.

    Primary:

    Embedded:

    Issued to Nokia.
    Valid from 27/01/2009 to 27/01/2014.
Issued by Nokia Content Signing CA.

Issued by VeriSign Identity-Based ACS Root for Symbian OS.

I signed this with developer certificate only. I have to unsign(remove) all these before signing with publiser ID certificate?

Well this says yes , you have to separately sign the embedded sis file as well:

The CameraWrapper is signed already, you can not (and should not) sign it for yourself.

As far as I know: no. You just embed it (the @ thing in .pkg), and that is all.

ok. i am into lot of confusions.
UID in ZxingBarcodeReader is like this 0xEF24C10A.
i have changed some code in this and also added FILERUN,RUNINSTALL in this so i signed by using developer certificate.
i have to unsign this now?

    Re: ZxingBarcodeReader - Certified Signed

Developer certificate is only for development, do not use it when sending files for certification. Check the documentation http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...Symbian_Signed, you have to use the Publisher ID when sending things.
