    & see what KErrLocked stands for:

    KErrLocked - Vibra is locked down because too much continuous use or explicitly blocked (e.g. by a vibration-sensitive accessory).

    this vibration sensitive accessory may(should) be the USB wire/charger connected to your device while you try to vibrate the it.

    so i don't think you can do much if that is the case
    so dose it means that, if i do not use TRAP , the freeze will be expected?
    if i dose not catch the error with exception handling, I should write as
    if (UsbNotConnected()) StartVibraL;

    but check whether usb is connected , shoule use RUsb with Network control capability.(BTW is there any other API?)
    so i think TRAP is the most suitable way for me.

    and thanks for your explain.

    What about my suggestions ? Did you consider that you should re-do teh cosntruction, so you would be certain that you have only one instance of the vibra in use ?

    Basically the freeeze propably happens because some otehr code not run etc. since the leave causes actual program crash etc. Anyway, I think you might be causing the whole problem with your code, so please try what has been suggested.

    I am sure only one instance of vibra in use. or else it will not vibra without TRAP when USB wire disconnected.

    vineet.jain mentioned that KErrLocked may(should) be the USB wire/charger connected to your device while you try to vibrate the it.
    so i think it is expected while USB wire connected.
