Can you explain in details and in step-by-step on what you have done ?

Also what would you expect to happen, and what exactly is happening.

Also mention on where the error is shown, and write it exactly as it is shown in the mobile. Instead the mobile is not showing English, please turn the device language to English to get the error note showing in English.

Both are being generated but .sisx file is showing like unsupported file format . (means also icon is not seen). So is that problem in IDE or anything else?

In where would you see unsupported format ? please read what I asked, and provide the information as requested, without actually knowing on what you are doing, it is pretty impossible to figure out what is going wrong in there.

the I suppose you should re-install the suite, anyway, have you considered trying any other methods for installing the sis file to the device ?

Re: Unsupported .sisx file not running

For future reference: in order to test installation itself you can connect the device in File Transfer (sometimes called Mass Storage) mode via USB, and copy the .sisx file that way. Then disconnect the device, and use its built-in File Manager to locate the file (it is going to be on "e:" drive) and click on it. Then the device will tell you if it can be installed or not.
