    Screen shot - minimising distortion

I've always resized my screen shots to 256x256 for uploading to the store, the image always gets a little distorted and *smugged* as it's going from 600x360 to roughly 256x153.

I was wondering what the best method was to get a crystal clear screenshot was for uploading to the store?

Does the store render squared 600x360 images down to 256x256 OK? Or is it best to resize them myself?

I think it's best to resize it by yourself and fill the empty space left and right with transparency so you get a 256x256 pixel image.

Thanks, that's what I usually do but they always look a little distorted.

I was just wondering how others do it.
