About Contact with Finger on Mobile Devices

    Hello,

I am creating a web site where the header is moving some images depending the mouse position, you can see it at: http://www.ventadecarne.mx/

The problem is that mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPhone, etc..) not show this effect.
I know that there is no cursor, but I want to know if I can touch the finger to view this effect.

    Thank you very much.

Re: About Contact with Finger on Mobile Devices

basically you can not detect hover as such, you would actually use the mouse down events.

would suggest you on making a page which prints out different mouse events into the view, then you could see how different devices (and their browser environment) handles this. Also please note that we do have separate Web development section here, so you should not use Java sections on Web development related discussions.
