Just a roll-up for this entire discussion: sending MMS with AT commands is not a standardized operation. In order to find out if it is possible at all, and how, you have to read the documentation of the specific modem you are using.

Who is the manufacturer of the GSM modem you are using?

See the API documentation provided by the GSM modem provider that you have chosen.

If the GSM modem provider supports using AT commands, then use those. If the GSM modem provider has some other APIs, developer libraries instead, use those.

Alternatively, don't use a GSM modem connected to your PC at all, but make a contract with a local network operator (carrier, service provider) and connect directly (or via their APIs) over the Internet (unless they require a private connection) to their MMSC. That might be costlier, though, but it depends on what you need to send MMS for, to whom, and how often.

You may want to read the documentation on http://www.mbuni.org/ (and on http://www.kannel.org/ respectively). They also appear to have mailing lists.

It may be worth pointing out here that this entire site, "Nokia Developer", focuses on supporting software development for Nokia devices.

The Wikipedia article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multime...saging_Service) seems to have a good collection of links for the related specifications.
