    Once you submit your application to Nokia store, you would be emailed a .jar and .jad file... which would be your web app installer.

    The application, when passes QA, can be downloaded from the store and would have it's own icon launcher (with the icon you provided in your webapp), the url wouldn't be visible for the users.

    You have not followed my query exactly here.

    I have built a Live TV app which parses conetents like channel images ,names and video links

    and plays the channel link /url when clciked on the image. I want those url's to be hidden from the users while playing the video frm the browser or clicking on the image

    It sounds like you click a link in your application which open the Nokia Browser, which then plays the actual video, correct? If so, there's no way you can disable the address bar in the Nokia Browser.

    You didn't mention this implementation earlier. If you launch the browser by mwl.load method.. there's no way you can hide the address bar.

    No. It is not possible. If you open a link, the browser opens. You have no influence of the browser chrome.

    You should not protect access by not-telling URLs.

    Server side you could maybe create 1-time useable disposable links and somehow use the .htaccess to mask the stream. But not that has nothing to do with Series40 WebApps

    Yes. We all just tried to fool you. Just open the URL using

    mwl.openUrlWithoutAddressbar(url);

    this should work.

    It was ironically. Three people tell you that it isn't possible and give you a possible solution and you ask again if it is possible.

    It is not possible.
