    are you asking for a specific platform ? or cross-platform developpement ?

    If you are interested in developing for nokia windows phone (lumia) devices , it is supported only on windows phone 8 using visual studio (wp8 sdk) but using HTML 5 is not easy to use C# as backend programming language

    I'd also like to suggest that you use Google with, e.g., a simple search query like: html5 app tutorial

    Otherwise, I'd suggest you first decide which device platform you wish to target (at least where you might want to deploy your app first), and then look at what are the tools and documentation available for HTML5 based app creation for that platform.

    You might also wish to look up stuff about, so called, cross-platform development tools, and their HTML5 support. A couple of good keywords for Google: phonegap, mosync, marmalade, sencha, appgyver
