What should I choose when doing UI between LCDUI and LWUIT?

It seems there is two piece of technology for building UI, LCDUI and LWUIT, which one should I choose? Or how do I choose base on a few criteria.

LCDUI is much simpler, the API is smaller, so it is good to start with it.
If you use only the standard UI elements, you can develop quite fast.
The LCDUI user interface used to be ugly on most phones. But with the S40 phone with Touch Screens it is again good,
looks like the native user interface.
LCDUI is build in the phone, so the size of the app-package can be very small.

LWUIT is good when you need

    - complex user interface elements, for example tree, or list with structured list elements.
    - animation between screens
    - much more options for styles, important when your app should be branded for a company.
