Your question is not clear, if you want to add Help and About options then simply add them to the Menu that you have added.

when a user click on help or about simply show a new screen with the help or about text that you want to show and an option to back to the menu.
The same as when the user click on start/new game and you show the game screen with the option to go back to the menu.

    Hello SKUMAR,

I think they should just be simple fancy buttons and you can make a small dialog or form which shows all the details QA is asking about !!

Re: How to keep About and Help options in Java ME game App as my App/game's Qa fa

    Hello,
there are also some resources here about user interfaces in java environment.
Regarding About and Help menus, they are usually put into Options menu, see for example:
    http://www.developer.nokia.com/Resou...-settings.html and
    http://www.developer.nokia.com/Resou...checklist.html (options lists) and
    http://www.developer.nokia.com/Resou...sts-menus.html
    with demo app:
    https://projects.developer.nokia.com...alisation/wiki

last example refers to S40, maybe things change a little when talking about new Asha Software Platform 1.0

I'm also facing this same problem. But I want to do it using design view, by drag and drop button...is it possible in Nokia IDE for Java ME V2, i'm using this IDE only.

Re: How to keep About and Help options in Java ME game App as my App/game's Qa fa

Perhaps, if you're new to JavaME, your ambition shouldn't be to publish at Nokia Store this first time, but rather just put something online, e.g. at MobileRated.com (where the publishing requirements aren't that strict).

Then later, when you've become more experienced, you can try reaching all the Nokia QA requirements.

(Personally I feel Nokia's QA requirements are too strict, and I feel they're slowly killing the JavaME platform that way. Nobody reads About and Help inside the app anymore. They read online, and THEN they download if it sound interesting. Nokia should really loosen up).

    Hello,
unfortunately I'm not an expert on J2ME user interface, I simply redirect to relevant info here on Nokia forum as a first/fast reply.

Take a look on the BattleTank example from Nokia, it has some sections like Help and About. You must copy them and put the correct info for your game and it will pass
