Seems like you didn't have Symbian^3 sdk installed or the carbide cannot find the sdk.Very wild guess based on your error code.

It may be the drive letter story: make sure that the SDK and the project sources are residing on the same drive. Unless you use some tricky configuration it usually means that Carbide's workspace has to be on the same drive too.

Re: BLDMAKE ERROR: Directory "\Nokia\devices\Nokia_Symbian3_SDK_v1.0\epoc32\" does no

    carbide workspace path is C:\Symbian\Carbide\workspaceOne

    and the SDK is C:\Nokia\devices\Nokia_Symbian3_SDK_v1.0.

what is meant by "C:\Nokia\devices\Nokia_Symbian3_SDK_v1.0\epoc32\tools\GCCEV6.bsf" Invalid BSF specification - customization restricted to ARMV5, ABIv2 and valid BSF platforms

"C:\Nokia\devices\Nokia_Symbian3_SDK_v1.0\epoc32\tools\GCCEV6T2.bsf" Invalid BSF specification - customization restricted to ARMV5, ABIv2 and valid BSF platforms

"C:\Nokia\devices\Nokia_Symbian3_SDK_v1.0\epoc32\tools\GCCEV7.bsf" Invalid BSF specification - customization restricted to ARMV5, ABIv2 and valid BSF platforms

As one of the messages explicitly complain about non-existing SDK folder
BLDMAKE ERROR: Directory "\Nokia\devices\Nokia_Symbian3_SDK_v1.0\epoc32\" does not exist
, you may really want to check what is there, using Explorer or some file manager.

You may try removing the project from workspace (without deleting the files of course), and importing it again.
