    How to convert a pure WP8 Direct3D app into a Direct3D and XAML one

    I have some libraries and samples written in native code and I wanna use them in a direct3d and xaml app(because i wanna use some of the features of managed code such as live tiles).I really need a tutorial to convert them to make sure they can be called and render in a DrawingSurfaceBackgroundGrid.
    Who can help me ?

    Have you ever test Visual C++ => Windows Phone Direct 3D with XAML sample?

    In simple, you need to translate the view to a renderer.

    To call C# method you can :
    1- define a public interface in your C++/CX code and implement it in C#.
    2- define public delegate or event in your C++/CX class and connect them with c# function.

    Warning : DisplayProperties::CurrentOrientation doesn't work with XAML app.
