Basically you install the required stuff before the SDK, also you need to see that they are indeed usable, i.e. they are included in the system PATH variable.

You could check that the location of the perl.exe is included in your PATH variable.

You have been here long time already, and have used the tools. I'm sure also that you have noticed that all things also are required to be installed into same drive.

And to be extra safe, so install each and every part needed, into your C-Drive.

Also you propably should be able to browse your filesystem, so plese do so, and find the file manually or by using any file searching tool.

I have not seen you checking whether your environment variable PATH is checked to include the path in which your perl.exe is located. Basically if it is not set, then the tools are not going to find it, and thus are not working.

Have you considered to search in some search engine like google how to set path in windows, or ask your colleague next to your table and he can do it for you in a minute what you have been trying for the past day or two.

if the perl.exe is located under C:\perl folder, then add it as C:\perl\ at least my PATH variables do have the trailing \ after each path.

Re: Installation flow of symbian SDK's,active perl and Java Runtime etc?

Would it make sense first to get the tools working, and use emulator, before working on any device debugging issues.

So do try building for the emulator first, and then try runing in the emulator. and once you get these working, try out first building for the device, and if the building works, then try run it on the device.
