Post Nokia Asha app development through Netbeans

    Hello,
I am new to Nokia Asha platform.
I have few queries related to app development in netbeans:
    1. Where do i suppose to edit a button, that can perform some functions ?
    2. How to add new page to the app and navigate between the page ?
    3. What is the procedure for app submission ?

    Hello the4daspect,

First of all welcome to the Nokia Developer Community and thanks for asking those questions.
Since you are still new to the new Nokia Asha platform, I suggest you first go through this carefully; https://developer.nokia.com/Develop/asha/java/

Feel free to get back here in case you need more support.

    Regards,
    Denis

    1. for editing a button, you have to create a command and bind that command to button. you can write any function in that command. that command and function in that will be executed on button click.
    2. for creating new pages, you have to create multiple forms. each form which will act like a Pages. and you would be able to show only form at a time. When you want another Page. simply call show method of another form. if you want change page on button click. call show method of another page in command bind to that button.
    3. for App submission, you App must fulfill minimum requirement like must have About and help page etc. and simply upload .jar and .jad file of your App to your Publisher Account with screenshots, icons etc. if everything goes right your App would be Published in 7-8 Days.
