    I have implemented the steps 1 to 5 from the above link

    Now find SendToast.sln and open it with a full version of Visual Studio or the free Visual Studio Express for Web.

    when I have tried to open the SendToast.sln

    Iam seeing the folowing errors

    Attachment 1514

    After presing OK I saw the error
    Attachment 1515.

    Please tell me the reason for the error

    On the first message you have an instruction there to save a Log file. Can you do that and see what the log file says ? (Or paste it here so we can take a look if its not too big... if its a big file place is on a Skydrive or similar service and paste the link here)

    You cannot develop for Windows Phone using VS 2012 or VS 2012 on it's own, the WP SDK is needed. And the WP8 SDK (which uses VS 2012) will only install on Windows 8, GTO_India is using Windows 7.

    Also, both SDKs come with Visual Studio Express Edition - NOT Web, which is a different version of VS which won't work properly with WP projects.

    Re: How to integrate push notifications in my windows phone Apps

    Hi Neil and theothernt I want to edit the xml.cs files according to my requirement to show the notification.

    Fo rexample : in SendToast.apsx.cs

    I want Notification1 instead of wp:Text1

    Notification2 instead of wp:Text2

    at

    "<wp:Text1>" + TextBoxTitle.Text.ToString() + "</wp:Text1>" +
    "<wp:Text2>" + TextBoxSubTitle.Text.ToString() + "</wp:Text2>" +

    Can I edit the third line too
    i.e

    "<wp:Param>/Page2.xaml?NavigatedFrom=Toast Notification</wp:Param>"

    Re: How to integrate push notifications in my windows phone Apps

    Yes Neil I have tried to replace wp:Text1 to Notification1 and wp:Text2 to Notification2 and also tried to raplace wparam as link at Mainpage.xaml.cs and SendToast.aspx.cs

    Then I saw PayLoad error in XAML file and invalid format.

    Notification not shown and the status was TemP disocnnectd
