Lightbulb error in packaging process:..file not found exception...SKIN COMPILER..Access is deny

    Hello Sir,
this is my first try to make theme with carbide.ui 4.3 for symbian s60v5 (device 5233).
during the file packaging process following error occurred:-
    java.io.FileNotFoundException: c:\Program File\Nokia\Carbide.uiSymbion\eclipse\plugins\com.nokia.tools.packaging_2.0.0.201110311148\runtime\win32\SKIN_COMPILER.exe (Access is denied)

why it occurred & how to solve it?

when i try to check file in carbide workspace it is not found, but carbide shows it is in there..with an lock icon. what is this?

    Please Help.

(However i checked similar thread but there was no solution)

    Hello Buddy
I have faced this problem for the very first time today and searched almost the whole internet to get the solution but failed miserably.
i heard people saying its related to C++ , Graphics failure , Missing Components , Missing files and bla bla bla....!

Then i got to think and finally came up with the solution !!!!!

literally, you don't need to do anything !!!
Just run the program AS ADMINISTRATOR

Carbide.ui > Right Click > Run As Administrator > Press Yes

then continue the process of saving the package from tools menu !

    You are DONE

Let me know if you guys made it , Best of luck
