Question Are there Possibilities for Altitude correction in Nokia Maps?

I'm developing a sports app for the windows phone and I'm looking for possibilities for a more accurate altitude measurement. The altitude dispalyed form GPS data is not verry acurate. I found some info at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj158961.aspx but I was hoping to use Nokia Maps instead of Big maps.

here I found some alternatives but:

    1. USGS (US Geological Survey) does not work outsite the US,
    2. Google does not allow useage of this data outsite google maps

So does annyone have anny idea's or should I try to use Big maps for this problem?
