    Angry Paid Technical Support no response

    I created a paid support ticket on 7/25, and your staff give me the first and second response on 7/25 and 7/26.

    I have new comments after that.

    However since then, I never get any response again and this issue is still not closed.

    What are your support team doing? It's almost two weeks after your last response.
