Programatically move to new location without animation

    Hi,

Can I move to a new location without the map being animated? Only when using map.moveTo().

    Thanks,
    Fabian

I have not checked this particular API, but since this has been here 2 days now, I'll answer something. Basically with other Maps offerings we have, you have gotten the option on setting the animation mode, between parabolic, linear, none, so check the API docs whether this is case with the offering you are using.

Also with other offerings, we generally have had option of setting the center, so you could check the docs for that option as well.

    Hi Fabian,

you can use map.center = {latitude: xxxx, longitude: yyy} property. It's a setter and will move the map without animation to the specified position.
