    What do do with a Email "Customer Support - Problems using the content"

    Hello

    I received an email, where I'm not sure what to do with it.
    It is for a Asha Web App.
    It looks like this:

    [Country:ANGOLA]
    [Language:Others]
    [Email address:adyNNNNN@ovi.com]
    [First name:]
    [Last name:]

    [Topic:Problems using the content]
    [Message:
    Toithichoke

    Diagnostic Information:
    Device_Model = Nokia^305^0^0^0
    Client_Version = 3.34.1.18
    Firmware_Version = /03.60
    ...
    Language = vi-VN

    the email the email of the customer? Are we allowed to contact them?
    Does anybody has an idea what the message "Toithichoke" mean?
    In the moment I have no idea what the problem of the user might be.
    (Except that WebApps don't work good without stable internet connection, and maybe mobile internet it is not so good in Angola...)

    Regards

    Karsten Meier

    I would reply that email and explain that the customer support you are giving is working on English (+ any other language you do support) and ask the person to descripe the issue with the language supported.

    It mean the users is reporting problem about application with nokia store app report system.You should reply to the email and you can use google/bing translate to translate the language into english meaning.

    the main problem is that normaly those emails that they used to report the issues arent real and you cannot communicate with them...
    those "ovi.com" emails, Nokia should do something about it.

    Not all are "ovi.com".It depend what email address the users use to open nokia account.I receive a few email unknown domain like "electrocity".Ithink they are not replying is because maybe they rarely access email,never know that we actually receive their email or they expecting nokia to contact.I myself waiting for nokia contact me when i first time using nokia store app report,not knowing that it is developer that suppose to reply me .

    Af far as I understand, you have given a support email address with teh content younput ninto the store. And if you have been contacted by a user using the email address, then you must also communicate with the to see help them with then problem. Thus would suggest again, what I suggested in my first reply.
