Can something be done to stop fake user email addresses ?

We all get these customer report emails for our Apps,
The idea is alright but there is one rather big problem which is becoming bloody irritating..

Users are inputting fake email addresses on the forms.

Here is an example of one I got a few days ago

    "[Email address:88f3674f325e4778731c396042844f41@aaa.com]"

I try to reply to every single email but over half of these use fake email addresses, or unregistered addresses, I'm sick of wasting my time replying then the email won't send...

Surely Nokia should add a email verification system to stop all these bullsh*t people wasting our time ?

Also shouldn't it require the user to actually give some information?

The amount of times I get emails and the only text is something like "nokia 500"

Re: Can something be done to stop fake user email addresses ?

Same kind of experiences here, around half "Customer Support - Problems using the content" responses that I've sent have bounced back. Not sure if the email addresses of the other requests were real either, because so far nobody has ever replied to my mails .

Verifying the email address entered to the "Help with this app" form really works probably wouldn't be practical (as the only way to really do this would be sending mail to the address), but I'm wondering why the Nokia Store client doesn't pre-fill the email address field with the email address associated with the user's Nokia Account. This would at least somewhat increase the chance of the address being a valid one.

I don't really see the difficulty Nokia would have with sending a quick verification email with a link to enable the option,
I've only ever had two replys from those customer support emails, yet I get about 10 of the damn things a day, I'm becoming tired of my N8 going ding every time I get one of them

I think all those emails are from Ovi accounts that were registered when Ovi mail was an active thing (i'm not 100% sure but i think its not active anymore)
I also get those emails once in a while and almost always gets it bounced back due to email doesnt exists.

The ovi mail addresses still work, I have one infact, but I get ones from other providers too, Hotmail, gmail ect
