We all get these customer report emails for our Apps,
The idea is alright but there is one rather big problem which is becoming bloody irritating..
Users are inputting fake email addresses on the forms.
Here is an example of one I got a few days ago
I try to reply to every single email but over half of these use fake email addresses, or unregistered addresses, I'm sick of wasting my time replying then the email won't send...
Surely Nokia should add a email verification system to stop all these bullsh*t people wasting our time ?
Also shouldn't it require the user to actually give some information?
The amount of times I get emails and the only text is something like "nokia 500"
