    No reply from nokia.store.publisher@microsoft.com

    I have some confusions about categorization of several apps of similar type. So, I sent an email 2 days ago but I haven't received any reply so far.
    I request the Nokia store publishing support team to give a reply through email after discussing the matter with the QA team ASAP.

    Yes I think we are having issues with our email systems. We're working on them.

    Meanwhile if you're having trouble getting through to Nokia Publisher, please send email to me at jennifer.jobart@microsoft.com and I will ensure that it gets through. I'm pretty sure mine is working because I'm getting emails from people outside Microsoft, but if it's been a day or so and you haven't gotten a response from me, assume that my email is having issues as well and update this thread.

    I'm waiting for a support answer, almost 3 weeks have passed and still nothing...

    Phrapps, I'm sorry you're having trouble. I got your email and I'll work with the publishing team to make sure you get a response.

    If anyone else is still experiencing issues, please let me know either by updating this thread or sending me email. We think that our email issues are fixed but have no way of knowing if there are emails we're not receiving, so please let us know if that's the case so we can investigate further.

    Just noted: Earlier I used to get automated emails when apps were submitted and when apps were approved. Now I don't get any emails.
