Question The whole Imaging SDK doesn't work for me !!!

I'm trying to make an editing photos app for WP8.
I've downloaded the SDK to the project, and start to work with it, but
The sample codes for this SDK are NOT MVVM, and I don't want code like it.

So i've tried to make a class called FilterBoard which gets a chosen photo (using the PhotoChooserTask), and transfer it to a buffer for the SDK, but -

Every try for it was failed. Can someone please help me with that ?!
I'm ready to send the class code for it, just to fix it.
I want this class to allow add filters, store it, render the chosen picture.

I've build a Filter base class which have 2 properties : Name (string) and the Filter itself from the SDK (IFilter)
This model view will be the base for the full list of filters for the app that i'm building.

    FilterBoard includes :
    • System.IO.Stream ChosenPicture
    • IBuffer Buffer
    • ObservationCollection<Filter> Filters (simple property)
    • WriteableBitmap Target (simple property)

The SET Propery for ChosenPicture, needs not just store it, but it must to :
    • Load the buffer
    • Render the Target WriteableBitmap with the photo

Can you give us a link to the sample you found? Would perhaps be of interest to others facing similar problems.

    Hi BarBoko,

This is a community ans as such we would greatly appreciate that you could provide us with more input on the problem you had and how to solve it. By doing so you will help with both improving the samples and helping others with the same problem.

    Thanks in advance.
