    How to ping neighbouring cell tower

    Good day!

    I'm new to pys60 and currently working on a project where i need to ping neighbouring cell towers. any help on this one? thanks in advance.

    There was no such feature available for 3rd parties even when Symbian existed. The most what one could get was the identifier of the current cell. CTelephony has them I think.

    I read from this site http://sudeeppillai.blogspot.com/200...-on-pys60.html that a simple hack that would connect and reconnect to another cell tower was written by Neil Young. any help that i could get hold of that script? the download link from the site above doesn't seem to work. thanks for the help!

    I could not locate the script either. However my impression is that steps 1 and 2 are what have happened. And the 'hack' and 'tweak' paragraphs are wishful thinking.
