QA Failed with summary The application cannot launch successfully in 25s.

    Sir/Ma'am,

I am newer in nokia asha development. I have developed an application using LWUIT for Asha Software Platform 1.0 and Asha Software Platform 1.1.1. Every thing working fine while testing on my own device and emulator. After app submission they declined the application and showing QA report like that.

    Failed QA.
SUMMARY: The application cannot launch successfully in 25s.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Download and install the content.
    2. Launch the application.

There are a couple things what could be tested:
    - you can try installing and checking the application on RDA, Remote Device Access, http://developer.nokia.com/resources...-device-access
    - if it is not too painful, you could try doing a factory reset on your device and thus ensure a really clean installation

EDIT: I just noticed an almost identical report in http://developer.nokia.com/community...ssfully-in-25s. If you are two different users with two different apps, and can not reproduce the issue neither locally, nor on RDA, that might indicate an issue on the QA side.

There is a similar question in the (currently) neighbouring discussion: http://developer.nokia.com/community...1-0-QA-problem

    Thanks for reply.
We both are same user and requested to same app problem. We already tested out this application on RDA with available device. The application launching successfully within the 15 second. I don't why they are declining again and again my application with same error report..

OK. I've merged both questions into a single thread.

Your best bet in this case is to contact the Publish Support team by emailing nokia.store.publisher@microsoft.com. They should be able to help you out, but if you continue to have problems, you can email me and I'll try to get someone to help.
