Question Extending M3G IndexBuffer class using Nokia IDE 2.0

    Dear All,

I'm trying to extend IndexBuffer abstract class and the nokia IDE shows "Implicit super constructor IndexBuffer() is undefined. Must explicitly invoke another constructor." error.

When I try to follow the solution suggested by the IDE then it throws "The constructor IndexBuffer(int) is not visible" error.

I guess that it is an IDE problem rather then the code. Do you know how to solve this problem?

    Kindest regards,

For the visibility part, you can try putting your class into the javax.microedition.m3g package. That may compile at least, but I do not know what will happen later.
Note that it is absolutely not sure that M3G implementations are designed for 3rd-party extensibility. For example in the public (inter)face of IndexBuffer there is no constructor.
