    HTTPS connection

I'd like to be able to make a HTTPS connection. I know MIDP 1.0 doesn't support this - but I have read that MIDP 1.0.3 Reference Implementation has some support. Do any phones support this version of MIDP or do they all just implement MIDP 1.0.

    Thanks.

I am looking for the same answer you asked to the forum. I read MIDP 1.0.3 implements HTTPS, but I have not found any documents about handsets that implement it. I will let you know if I have news about it.

MIDP does not implement HTTPS, because MIDP is a specification, not an implementation. The Reference Implementation is one possible implementation of the specification - each device provides its own implementation. Any device that implements the MIDP 1.0 specification may implement HTTPS, but does not have to, and I don't know that any do. MIDP 1.0 requires HTTP. So far as I know, MIDP 2.0 requires HTTPS.
